Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you have nominated, receive the last item of your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account at coolantco.store/account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request by email without delay.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not refund any additional cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option). We will process your refund no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
